Pizza Hut - Abbotsford

I just ordered a pepperoni pizza and wings after receiving these i realized the pizza had a bad taste and the wings tasted like garbage this pizza hut needs to go back to time before covid 19 mybe their pizza might be worth eating

The restaurant offers a 2 for 1 deal that is only available for online orders, but the in-store deal is actually cheaper. The marketing department needs to improve their strategies.

Don 't bother with the free rewards pizza. This is where, after ordering 5 pizzas, you get a pizza free. What you get is a medium 2 topping pizza where the pepperoni is sliced so thin you can read through it and finding the pepperoni slices is tricky. It 's may be one slice of pepperoni per piece of pizza. Maybe. If you are lucky. If you like cheese then it 's ok, sort of. More toppings are more money of course; but they are also few far between. (Aka skimpy)

I have never written a bad review but they were more than worthy . Came for my son’s Birthday. Service was awful and so understaffed. Pizza took over 45 minutes and was not good at all. There was duck tape all over seats cause they too cheap to recover them. Tables all over not cleared and just looked run down.

We have organized several pizza fundraisers for our school, and we have always found Pizza Hut at West Oaks to be very accommodating, helpful, and easy to work with. They even provided extra pizzas for free just in case. During our last fundraiser, we encountered some difficulties such as teachers falling ill, resulting in late orders, and about 80 orders being misplaced by a person who was not available the following week, only being discovered at noon on the day of the lunch. With very little notice, we needed to quickly produce 80 pizzas. Pizza Hut stepped in and prepared all the pizzas we needed, and even more. The manager, Salama, was incredibly helpful and understanding, and did not mind our apologies. In addition to their exceptional customer service, the pizzas are delicious, orders are delivered promptly, and the kids always look forward to pizza day.
