Love the gluten aware Thursdays. they always have muffins and scones to go with coffee. for lunch there are two soups and entries like butter chicken or gf lasagne, bbq rib and back chicken. Shepard’s pie is a favorite when they have it. comfortable seating area, as this is usually a food business. keep their GF products up before they leave.

We stopped eating on Thursday. I had the GF-Butter chicken with tear and my man had the GF-Fritten chicken. both were really good!

Many Gf articles, including Deli meat. they have been available on Thursdays with hot lunches in the evening to eat or take. gf products with labeling.

Best gluten-free sausages ever and they are also organic. many decisions. Sunday has a gluten-free breakfast.

I live in Port Coquitam and I make my way out here as often as I can during the summer. I don't actually do groceries here though. My wife likes to come here for fruits and veggies. I come here to eat. They have the best Lemon Square in the lower mainland. All their food is much cheaper than fast food and in line with all the chain supermarkets. Might even be cheaper than Save-on. Also, in some of my photos their coolers look empty and a bit disorganized. It was first thing in the morning, so they were still prepping for the day. Everything always looks good
