I booked two nights in the village kokosinsel for the birthday of my wife. we traveled over their private fast boat, which runs the hour during the day, it takes only about 5 minutes at the arrival we were brought to the reception where we were met with a fruit drink and a refreshing cold towel. the recipe staff went through the device of their app on our phones, which meant that we booked a jacuzzi suite and were very happy with the size of the room, comfort of the bette and kisses and facilities eating in the restaurant was great and even if two of the restaurants were currently closed because just from we have to mention jp of the recipe, as he was a real character and are a nice person to visit with us happy.

Great hotel but trouble once again with the boat transfer pick up from the port. Nice restaurant and rooms. Note that the outdoor jacuzzi pool is cold, which might be nice in the heat. The water therapy pool jets were broken and you need to book massages 24 hours in advance. Great watersport hire service and wonderful staff

The breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were friendly. Mr. Media was also helpful to us, but there are some points I must mention. 1- We had to wait 3 hours for a late check-in and our luggage was lost for over 4 hours. When we called, they said it may be in plain sight but it was actually with me the whole time. 2- The hygiene standards were low, with towels thrown on the floor and unchanged bed sheets, even after staying for a week. 3- Both villa pools were full of frogs, especially at night, with up to 7 frogs around or in the pool. 4- The customer service was not satisfactory, with delays and disregard for guests' time. 5- Most of the staff were nice but there were a few exceptions, like one who called me while I was still waiting for them. I had booked 2 days in advance and had my luggage ready early, but they did not respect my time. In the picture I uploaded, you can see how one of our bags looked after check-out - they do not care about lost or wet luggage. Overall, I would not recommend this place for a stay.

During our 5-night stay on the island of Cocosnus, we were fortunate to have a private pool villa with a sea view. The staff at the reception was courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out, while the wait staff provided fast, efficient, and dedicated service. Our room was spotless and the bathroom area was spacious. If they offer accommodations in other regions or countries, we will definitely consider staying there again.

The island is incredible, providing the perfect escape from the mainland with plenty of opportunities to relax among other guests, while still being close enough to enjoy all that Phuket has to offer. The all-inclusive dining and drinking options are extensive and of high quality, offering a variety of Thai food, pizza, and more. Adjacent to the serene location is a pristine beach and attentive staff who are always ready to assist. Whether you're a professional looking for a getaway or a family seeking a comfortable retreat, this place is a must-visit. I may be biased as it was my second time here, but I loved it just as much as the first visit three years ago. Highly recommended!
