Bidra med feedbackThe taste was impeccable. The soba broth was felt on the tip of the tongue and the aftertaste was refreshing with a pleasant flavor. The texture was just right. It has been a while since I enjoyed the true taste of soba. It is a challenging task to combine all these elements. There are several places in the city, but it is wonderful to see such traditional power displayed in the countryside. I would love to visit again.
The tempura at Yamabe is delicious. The combination set with donburi and soba is also a great deal and tasty.
This is a restaurant located at Michi-no-Eki Jyukai Road Hidaka. I had the Ebi-Ten Soba, which came with two tempura prawns. The soba had a nice texture and was delicious. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and there were not many customers. Please note that this restaurant only accepts cash payments.
このお店で山女魚の天丼を初めて食べてから２０年以上となります。 エビ、野菜など東京で入る材料の天ぷらは、自分で料理して食べる事は可能ですが、 このカワイイ山女魚は入手が不可能です。 もちろん下処理、揚げ方、慣れたもので昔から変わりません。 美味しく大好きです。 富良野から札幌へ、いつも遠回りして寄ってしまいます。
ヤマベ天丼とお蕎麦のセットをいただきました。感染対策もされています。 とても親切で居心地良く過ごせました。 ヤマベ。丸ごと天ぷらで美味しかったですよ。食後はコーヒーも安く飲めます!
