Bidra med feedbackI had the limited lunch sushi kaiseki, which was limited to 20 servings. It was served in courses, allowing me to enjoy each dish. The three appetizers included marinated sea snails, scallop carpaccio, and abalone with seaweed, each with a delicious and unique flavor. This was followed by a hot tea-steamed dish with shrimp and white dumplings, crispy grilled salmon skin, seasonal nigiri sushi with small rice portions, seaweed-rich miso soup, and a dessert of ice cream with berry sauce, all of which were delicious. Additionally, you can also order specialty dishes listed in the menu book separately.
I visited during lunchtime. You can enjoy sushi featuring fresh seafood. Due to the current situation with Covid-19, reservations are required, so I made sure to call ahead to confirm my seat. Embarrassingly, I didn't realize it was reservation-only and showed up on the day, but they kindly accommodated me and prepared a seat. I am truly grateful for their flexibility. I will make sure to make a reservation by phone when I visit the Inakahoshu area again. The food was delicious. I will definitely come back.
It was very delicious. I also tried the sushi course meal.
