McDonald's Restaurant - Zürich

Very expensive for no particular reason..and besides, I can't say that we got enough.

Bad condition, ventilation screams as if it has been dying for years. Order screens are smashed, shake, don't work or only work when you hit them. Pretty embarrassing in such a prominent location.

It is totally negative to order food from McDonalds!! My office is about 10 minutes away from the restaurant... we were actually able to take a break and walk there... but work doesn't allow it... they need 1.5 hours to deliver the food!!! Something like that is a disgrace... we have had to endure this 3 times now... will never order from them again... the worst service we know...

I ordered a whole menu and the person who was teaching only gave me fries without sauce, just fries

Wollte gerade meinen "kleinen Hunger" stillen, aber daraus wurde rein gar nichts!! Weil alle keine Interesse am Bedienen hatten und ein junger Typ, kann nicht einmal ein Softeis an einer anderen Kundin richtig rausgeben!!McDonald's ist schon lange nicht mehr einen Rapppen oder Cent Wert!
