Bidra med feedbackWe heard great things from a tour guide over a restaurant that when we finally found that there was no room in trying to find the first place we saw, another then try to get back to this, we found the wild man. There was no room in the main dining room so that the upper floor terrace was offered, we were not sure how warm or covered it would be, but found it was right. The food was amazing! the service was great. When it was less busy, we had a nice chat with the waitress. There was a Swiss couple with dinner that we offered to take their picture, they became quick friends.
We had a dinner with several courses. The sea bass star was excellent, also the Maroni soup, a seasonal speciality (case). The ginger carrots with grilled tuna and the venison with a beautifully cooked red cabbage were my favorites for the main course. One of my colleagues said that the mousse au chocolat was the best she ever had.
Was not in this restaurant since my partner and I was treated so badly and got terrible service. I wonder if it was because we were two gays who were eating right now. Where should I start? Starter bread was not given, although we are offered if we wanted some. Maybe the waiter forgot. It took a long time to come for the main course perhaps because it also took a while to delete the table after we finished the starters! So the net came and I asked for a spice for my meal and lo and behold, it was also forgotten. Good. Maybe he forgot. It wasn't much to do and we even saw our waiter talking to another employee after. And then we asked again about the Condiment and everything he said was “Oh,ok”. So after the net we ordered dessert and coffee and of course, it didn't happen until we was really so upset and we asked for the bill. The waiter had the waitress to bring the dessert and the coffee together with the bill, although he waits for what looks like forever. And didn't even say sad or something. Just serve the dessert and coffee as if nothing happened. Now we didn't even drink the coffee and eat the dessert. We paid the bill and went out. The way we were treated in this restaurant, as if we didn't exist or we didn't matter, was disgusting. That's why never again.
I love this restaurant. It's a total uprgade from before and the food is delicious. The servers are always really nice. I dream of their Wild Meat Sandwich and their homemade lemonades are fantastic. Their menu changes with the season so in autumn they have venison. But not normal venison rather they have capricorn. They cook traditional food with a twist. If you visit Zurich this restaurant really is worth a visit
Had a lunch menue. Great cold curry soup sligtly spicy and absolutely delicious. Their beef tartar was excellent and a great panacota with mango for desert. Veey friendly and quick service.Will definitely go again.
