Cafe Felix - Zürich

One of the best places to drink a caffe, directly at the bellevuesquare and 2mins from the zürichsee. very interesting decoration and great coffee. sometimes a bit busy, but when they visit zürich and have time definitiw there.

In the early afternoon is the place overloaded kovid? a pity that I decided to wait for a table. ordered 1 children hot chocolate and a regular and a piece of cake. the waitress br8ngs 2 regular hotcholates, one of which was cold? I. gave it back and a new was served, still regular not child size, but at least it was hot this time. the stollen was quite dry, the worse I ever had. the table was not clean and the menus at Kovid times, nor the book type, which were also quite colored. the bill comes and she calculates our card then gives us something chf again and says she has accused us more without explaining and she goes away without leaving the entrance. When we got up, she comes back and asks us about the cuts she had returned to us. long story short. a total chaos. I called the manager before he left and explained what happened. I'm sorry. but he couldn't take care less. Never. very not recommended.

Reading the reviews I am not the only one complaining about the service. I waited very long to order a coffee, the waiter run around but never took order, very badly organized. All the staff are not very friendly. A pity,a s the place is...in a nice location and has some good cakes. Tha apricot crumble and the prune cake were very good, also the hot chocolate is very good. It is sad too see that this place has gone downhill, hopefully they can improve their service.
