Bidra med feedbackSchiller is often rated incorrectly, the outdoor terrace is mentioned again and again but that's not everything, the brasserie has a lot more to offer and the fact that there is a bit of a wait on the terrace at peak times shouldn't be the reason to give it a bad rating, but I'm glad the weather is nice and enjoy the incredible location. Be happy and don't complain at a high level.
Incorrect additionally charged items on the invoice were complained about, the employee claimed that a refund would be made reported by telephone after three weeks, whereupon this was disputed. To date no refund. Absolutely not trustworthy.
No 1 star rating has been given yet, but in this case it has to be. The behavior of the employees towards the guests is unacceptable. We wanted to have a drink outside. The order wasn't taken for a long time and when it finally was, it arrived incorrectly. Only one drink was correct and the other or the correct drink was only brought (no exaggeration) after a 25 minute wait. Waiter was stroppy, disinterested and then claimed we hadn't waited. Occupancy on the terrace was medium so the long time cannot be due to the stress of the staff. Staff overall very unfriendly and many of them just stand there and if you look at the comments here over the past few weeks, what happened to us is not an isolated phenomenon. It's a shame because the location is nice.
On which we went after shiller to have a glass champagner and the service was absolutely unstoppable. first we ordered glasses of rose champagne, but instead we have glass rose wine, in a dirty glass. it took a while to go. to forget the attentiveness of the servant who asked him to bring us what we have ordered, and we had to convince the servant who proudly announced that he was from Slovakia that we ordered glasses of rosensect and not a glass rosen wine. When we finally got our drinks, I noticed that I had a tear on my glass. he asked for the attention of the service again, he gave us a sign that he will soon be with us. After minutes he finally approached us and we asked him kindly to swap the glass champagne, which was obviously quite warm at the time. when we ask for bill again, our service gave us a sign that he will soon be with us, it took him a few minutes. but on the way to us another table, just before ours gave him a sign to pay the bill where he went immediately to settle it. when he came to our table, he said that the battery on his pay machine has expired. he went away a few minutes, came back, then he had some other problems with open bill for the wrong order of rose wine. went away, came back and finally could be paid the bill. he answered very rudely. next time paying the bill, earlier I mean his incredible, we had to wait to pay the bill for half an hour, we were late for our restaurant. I've been there for many years and my friends, but after this visit neither I nor my friends ever come back. also the waiter outfit looked pretty ashamed of him and not neat.
Once they accept the price, the dazzling food is just fantastic. it was already too late for us to midday and after check-out the opernrestaurant as well as decided to stay at shiller for better/more options menu. everything was excellent. but if they. have time to go to the old city uou have many nice search options too much better preisen.
