Restorante Pizzeria Bella Torino Zoetermeer

My daughter loves the pizza over here, but we had two negative experiences in less then a week. The first time they lost our order and it took close to an hour before the food was served. Today we went again and as dessert I ordered two tiramisu and an ice sorbet with Limoncello. The waiter however brought two limoncello tiramisu and not the sorbet. Of course this can happen, but the reaction of the waiter was more then rude. He got very upset and said i got what I ordered. When I at first calmly tried to explain the order agai he insisted that I ordered it wrong. I have NEVER been treated this rude in a full restaurant. It was uncalled for and to be frank very embaressing. We directly left and I will not be going back there.

Nice location, just a bit slow service today. Exactly when I only have a short lunch planned. Sandwhiches and tea arrived about 20 minutes after ordering. The salmon foccacia was OK. I don't know yet if 10 euro is the right price for it. The venue is however is beautiful.

Nice ambiance. Kind staff. Food nicely prepared. Quality good, at the same time not exceptional.

New set up feels more spacious. Ribeye steak was perfectly cooked. Friendly service with an authentic atmosphere.

Really lovely place. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to me (English speaking). Food was fantastic, would highly recommend and will be back when back visiting friends in the Netherlands in the future.
