Jersey Mike's Subs - Zionsville

We've been to several locations. 2 here in Indiana and several more in other states and they never disappoint. Great tasting meat and veggies, not overly salted. Prices are reasonable for what you get.

Ordered from here on Uber eats twice. The first time was a delivery and the toppings were off but I let it slide. It happens and sometimes when it’s busy we make mistakes. I ordered the second time and went to pick up to see the store conditions. There were 5 workers all working, by which I mean standing around doing nothing as my last sandwich sat there on the line. I thought the toppings must’ve been under the bread as I didn’t see any. Nope. They completely messed up the entire order. If it was busy or a long night, I’d get it. But the store was completely empty. Tried to ask for a refund on Uber eats but it said it had to “process with the store” which means that it most certainly will not give me a refund. Horrible service and 30 dollars were wasted. Go to a different location as most Jersey Mikes actually taste pretty good. Edit: I gave it one more shot. This time I went in and ordered so that everything would be correct. The bread was stale and the sandwich maker gave me a ton of lettuce. And now I am up at 1:30 with diarrhea and vomit due to food poisoning. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

Best subs ever! Super fresh and fast! Tried Cousin's Subs today, and not even close to Jersey Mike's!

There were four employees behind the counter, but the service was slow and communication was poor.

Go to the Carmel store. They don't respect thier jobs or your sandwich here. Not the class of people you want handling your food.
