Got pizza yesterday one of them looked like it was dropped and the other ones were not properly cut. It was only cut in half

Order was placed at 12:14 am for two items: 8 piece cinnamon bread twist AND sandwich bread Mediterranean (no onions, light banana pepp, no feta cheese, no america cheese, light provolone). Not sure why there's onions... I'm allergic, so the sandwich can't be eaten. That's $9.49 plus tax down the drain. Needed a late meal and decide to go veggie but is now something I regret. It is 12:54am as I write this

I've been here several times and had the same issue, filed a complaint, gotten a voicemail from the Regional manager's office and called back multiple times during business hours without ever being able to get in touch with anyone. My order is fairly simple and I don't understand how they can't seem to get it right. And it's especially bad that the Regional manager doesn't care enough to get in touch and fix the problem. Not sure why I keep going back. Not sure I will continue to though

I’m very picky and have ordered from this location at least once a week and have never had an issue! Amazing!!
