Domino's Pizza - Zion Crossroads

According to their delivery app it took 40min to arrive and was cold I live less than 4m from their Walmart store....this was the 3rd time never again need another pizza place in the Troy area...

I would give it zero stars if I could. We placed an order well ahead of time and when we arrived to pick up the pizza there were 50 or so customers waiting to be served by FOUR employees. We had to wait another 45 minutes to pick up our pizza while the staff argued with each other. When we got the two pizzas home they had virtually no cheese and about 1/4 of the toppings one would expect. I will NEVER use this Dominos franchise again and may never eat at Dominios anywhere again. The corporate office needs to check this franchisee out. They are the absolute pits and service/quality like this destroys brands.

So we ordered a few pizzas today. Arrived at this location and waiting for one of the delivery drivers to leave so we could park in the curbside pickup only spots. Checked in for curbside pickup, and waited and waited. Ended up having to call inside to see what the deal was. We were told that we had not placed an order. When my wife had gone inside to show them the order, and receipt FOR the order that we were told we did not place, we were then told that the guy inside had given our order to the first person he saw (not us, obviously). Then we were told that yes, we did in fact place an order (well, yeah. Because you just gave it to someone else). This is the only place within about 20 miles to order a pizza. One would think they wouldn 't make it worth it, to drive to the next Domino 's in Louisa VA. But here they are, making it better to drive to the next town over.

Have pizza on the weekend wit my son Whats better then family and dominos!!! My local dominos is awesome!!!

The worst Domino's I've ever been too. Because the GM is very rude to the customers even then they are the ones that made the pizzas wrong. Brought the pizza back and refused to give a refund. Is this how corporate would of handled it??
