Checkers And Rally's - Zion Crossroads

This establishment is great. I had not been to a checkers in 20 years (there are not any where I used to live). The bacon mother cruncher sandwich and funnel cake fries are sublime. Im not aware of any other fast food chains with fried onion strings available. Service is polite, and the orders are always accurate.

I've been to this Checkers several times, so it is good enough that I go back. That being said, they've left items out of my bag a few times and I have to walk to the window to ask for it. The food is generally hot, and is what you'd expect. Friendly employees almost every time. At this point, I'm not impressed, but not disappointed either.

First time here was decent and as expected. However, stopped in for a quick dinner for our second visit on a beautiful weather day. Sat outside at the tables which were filthy and food covered. We were the only patrons and there were 5 employees standing around inside making no effort to clean the tables. Got the chicken sandwich which had so much gristle that only half it it was edible. Gave 2 stars as the first visit was ok. Ill never go back.

Hmm, it is checkers. The typical fast food. Unfortunately, and I think this is a franchise thing, the fries aren't the same as it used to be back in the days. It taste very bland. But the real review is the staff, as customer service is important. The drive through was busy, but the walk up window was empty so I did that. I was prompted service immediately by the nice lady, and everything went smooth. Very nice crew working here!

Just tried Checkers for the first time ever at this location. The Big Burford was great. Very good ratio of toppings to bread to meat. Cheese was properly melted and delicious. Fries were outstanding, like seriously, other take out places should take notes on how Checkers does their fries. For a first time experience from this franchise I was very pleasantly surprised.
