Bidra med feedbackVery solid and good plate of noodles. Ordered the Mee Goreng Mamak. Didn’t really have the spice/depth of flavor I was expecting, but still quite good. Was definitely a bit pricey, however, especially since I felt the portion size wasn’t that big-although I am typically someone who can comfortably eat a lot more than the average person. Still, chicken was juicy and crispy, eggs were soft, vegetables still had that fresh crunch, and noodles had an enjoyable texture. Will have to wait a bit, although I didn’t feel it was too bad. Servers were polite. Very solid place overall if you have a bit of extra money to spend.
Delicious Malaysian Restaurant in Taipei. Sad that you can't make appointments here because it's always super crowded at night and weekends. One of the best Hainan rice I've ever tried in Taipei City.
I chose beef rendang but I was not as satisfied as I expected. However the service is good. Hygiene is ok too.
Meals are awesome and worth of money. A slight problem is the popularity of the place resulting in time slots given to the customers for dining, since there are other guests waiting in queue I mean we were told to leave in five minutes). Also, the waitress probably had a terrible day, judging from her reactions : still, a great restaurant to dine in
Cozy and clean spot for good Malaysian Food! Had so many tempting options on the menu but the portions were quite big and I could only order 2 dishes for myself. Had to take away more than half of the soup I couldn’t finish either. Malaysian Basted Meat Dry Wan Tan Noodles Had a lot of meat and wontons. The noodle’s consistency was perfect and the gravy was flavorful. Basted meat was tender and juicy and the wontons were decent. Malaysian Claypot Bak Kut Teh Perfect for the cold rainy day, but the pork ribs were not as tender as I was expecting them to be. Didn’t get pieces of spare ribs like in the photo on the menu but got bigger bones with tougher pieces of meat that are usually used to make bone broth. Flavor was quite light, but the soup had a lot of other meat (pork belly, intestine) and tofu. Will definitely be back to try more dishes!
