Raclette very good portion, cozy place, we enjoy everything! Recommended 5 stars.

Extremely rude staff. We booked a table in advance, turned up at the restaurant, there were three staff members cleaning glasses, they didn't acknowledge us at all, not even to say hello. We were ignored for 15 minutes and had to fight for attention, at which point they quickly herded us to a table. Not a single smile from the staff the entire dinner. The food was decent, it was good to have some vegan options which is not so common in Zermatt but we were just shocked by the lack of hospitality and rudeness of staff. When we left we said thank you and bye and the staff did not even say bye back.

The taste isn't bad, and the service is good. But what country's culture requires a tip when paying with a credit card? This is not America
