First last time in here, service was horrible, guess she didn't want to be there it showed in the lack of service we got!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Customer service in this place sucks. They told us our food was going to be ready in an hour, then got upset with us when we showed up exactly at the time they told us to. They failed to let us know that the food was going to be ready much earlier and that they changed their store hours. The young lady who spoke to us gave us SO MUCH attitude for something that was completely their fault! Never ever going back to this place. I have never felt so mistreated.
The loaded fries are AMAZING. I ordered the shaved steak sandwich and was served a piece of cubed steak on a roll. The onions on the sandwich are served raw. Bartender was outstanding.
