For 6-8 months it's really a cramp to eat there. I often called to order food to take away.The biggest problem. No one has gone to the phone. Not even after several tests (distance between 10min and 1h). Then I wanted to order for me and a friend to eat. I called between 20:00 and 20:30. I was then told that the kitchen staff had already been cleansed up and would like to make an evening. I would have understood if I had called a half hour before the store was closed. But the store would have closed in just under 3 hours. Are you serious? Well, we found it funny and ridiculous. But no matter. One of the best situations was when I managed to order something by phone. I should pick it up in 20 minutes. Then it was there at the agreed time and I told you. The staff knew and I should wait a minute. After 30 minutes, I still waited. A little later, I ask where my order remains. It turned out that my order was abandoned but should be prepared for one hour. The waitress probably wrote a bottle of time and told me to come in 20 minutes. I was then told that my food is made directly and is ready. I waited for more than 30 minutes. I got the food and drove. At home, I noticed that they really forgot something else. So go on again and wait 15 again. So this day was the best description for incompetence. But no matter. I still had hopes that this would be better. The Supergau followed today. I wanted to order dinner with the residents of my job. I called at 12 a.m. and it should only be delivered between 18:00 and 20:00. There were 15 dishes and nothing special. The lady on the phone did not yet know that it was 15 dishes and already meant that she could not accept jz. I'd rather be 1 hour. Call and order consumption beforehand. Then I mentioned that these are 15 dishes. The ladies got a heart attack and told me that's not possible. The kitchen would be overwhelmed. Find the statement very questionable. But good. I was very confused in the situation. We order more often for residents. So always between 15-18 dishes. In forests or storage, the restaurants create a large order despite a lot of operation and within 1-2 hours. That's a great performance, but that's not supposed to be a standard. That's why I wanted min. Order 6 hours beforehand. So after so many stumbling stones it was the last time. It's a shame to eat. But if it's made so unnecessarily hard, it's not fun to order there anymore.

Unfortunately, it has happened several times that we could not order by phone. You look at the map looking for something nice and every time “not too much operation today”. Either I offer telephone orders or I will leave it! Really angry
