A bad experience and worst service. I took my business partners for dinner here on their last day in Guadalajara, we were also celebrating the birthday of one of them. My partners do not speak Spanish so I translated what they wanted and what the waiter explained to us. The first bad moment was when I chose a bottle of wine. The waiter tried to convince me to take a different bottle which he would have understood if the bottle was out of stock. When I insisted on the bottle I had chosen he brought the sommelier with several bottles to explain to my partners in English and try to convince them to choose a different one (more expensive). One of my partners asked for a cocktail but we were told it was out of stock and ended up taking the bartender's suggestion. We were limited on time so as soon as we finished eating we asked for our check. After 10 minutes , lll bartender gave us a second cocktail, we thought it was the courtesy cocktail because we were told by the server that all cocktails were 2 for 1. At that moment I ask for the bill again. Instead of receiving the bill, the waiter offers desserts to my partners. At this point one of my partners repeats that we had already requested our check. In total we asked for the bill five times. Finally the manager comes apologizing to my partners and ignoring me. This is when my Norwegian partner tells him that I was their boss and that he should talk to me. In the account they wanted to charge us for the second cocktail, when I asked who had ordered it, neither the waiter, the bartender or the manager knew how to answer. I already knew that no one at my table had ordered it because I was ordering for everyone. In the end they correct the bill and just like that as I took out my wallet, the bartender, waiter and manager started arguing to see who would pay for the drink. In total 65 minutes for us to be charged and a bad taste in our mouths due to the mischief and terrible service. Ironically I have been trying to convince my partners to move out corporate offices to Mexico.
Incredible food, incredible service. Amazing experience. Salvador and Yoselin made our experience one to remember for a lifetime. The tiramisu was so good!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
Very slow service and cold food. 50% of meat ordered was cold and already sliced. For top dollar paid in this restaurant the service was way below average and food quality mediocre.
Very disappointing from beginning to end! 1- The dining area was dark. 2- The background music was very loud; it felt more like a nightclub than a restaurant. 3- We were NOT advised that the food would take a long time to arrive, including the appetizers. When I finally got my dinner, I was not impressed. 4- To my surprise, for a top-rated restaurant, there are NO accessible restrooms! 5- Overall, mediocre service. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant.
