Mcdonald's - Zanesville

The McDonalds on Copley Rd in Akron Oh just reminded me of what the customer service will be! I'm from Florida. I forgot my purse... two hours later. They had my purse and told me, although they were closed in an hour to come back. They'd wait for me! Then they smiled on their faces when I was there! Great attitudes (can not say that I would be happy in their shoes! . I can't say how much I appreciate every little thing they helped me! Way to McDonalds!!!

It felt strange to be okay. It felt more strange to know that I waited longer than the drive thru window did. I saw the car there and that was 12 cars in the line. The food was hot and tasty and worth waiting. Clean place, except someone who stole the paper roll to find the end. It wasn't dirty. Close light and easily on 40 or on 70 ramps.

My husband and I regularly travel between Ohio and PA and usually have to eat during the ride. This place has become thru because of the great quality and service. I don't joke when I say every time that our fries and Mcnuggets were hot and fresh. The employees were always very nice and fast. We can usually thru in and out of the drive and on our way without loss when time.

Super clean restaurant. Fast and friendly service. Hot and delicious food (which does not always happen at McDonalds). I have a nugget fry meal.

I got a large coffee and breakfast burritos. The coffee was nice and fresh and the burritos tasted great. The cashier was very friendly
