La Pantera Rosa - ZAMORA DE HIDALGO

When they visit zamora, they have a meal here. make them please one and order one of all on the menu. we had a group of six and had a little of everything and it was all excellent. after dinner they are in a perfect location...for a nice walk around the square. highly recommended!

Hubby and I enjoyed the carne en su jugo, quesadillas, avocados and very tasty salsa with tortillas. servicio es unico.

I arrived to Zamora with the intention to have lunch at a modern bistro. We were a little far from there and my friend asked me to change plans, so I ask him; where is a good place for local food? He answered, La Pantera...Rosa. He mentioned that the specialty was Carne en su Jugo Meat on its juicy but they also have other grilled meats. The owner was greeting customers at the entrance, a group of ladies were doing massive amounts of hand made tortillas, and the restaurant was almost full. The service was very good, and it seems that everyone there knew my friend (who is a local) and all the servers were very friendly. The food, Carne en su Jugo, was delicious, a very simple meal accompanied by fresh avocado and hand made tortillas. This was my first visit of a place that serves Carne en su Jugo outside of Guadalajara city, and I must said the quality and service at La Pantera Rosa is similar to Garibaldi or Kamilo 's, but cheaper in price.

You can't miss it. it is in the city center, everyone can point it out, has good food and the service is recommended.
