I went to a Babgulyás to satisfy travel hunger. Only the outer part could be used, but that's not the problem! Unfortunately, the goulash was made of mocha-sugar cubes of beef, and by Sunday afternoon it had descended to the lower level of the canteen texture! This is not standard...! It should be more expensive, it should not be ordered at the counter, and not to criticize Hungarian hospitality, it should be of high quality!!!
