I stayed for one night with a spa package that I purchased with the Smartbox. I have to say that the staff and the hotel are fantastic. The girls at the reception were very kind and accommodated all my requests. I was very surprised especially by the renovated spa (I think if there had been just a little less people it would have been more enjoyable) overall really fantastic. The truly top restaurant with excellent first courses and excellent second courses! Thanks again to the maitre d' of the restaurant who was able to advise us!! Truly an experience worth repeating to get away from the monotony of the days, with super competitive prices for a 4 star hotel. Well done! Keep it up and always try to improve more and more!!!

I'm sorry to say I never give judgment but my experience was very bad when opening the wardrobe the pillows were very dirty with a crazy bad smell and at the reception they questioned our word with everything that the cleaning lady came to notice the heating in the bathroom didn't work, the shower knob was broken. the spa was very crowded without a changing room. The following day I found on my bill what I hadn't consumed. What can I say? I hope for you that you will be luckier than us. Rooms: The room was not very welcoming
