Bidra med feedbackDuring my initial visit to the establishment, I approached the front to place an order for food. However, one of the individuals behind the cashier exhibited an unpleasant and hostile demeanor, expressing frustration about their workload. Despite this, a male employee and a younger female employee stepped in to assist me with my order in a helpful manner. It is concerning that certain employees may display irritability and complain about their workload without recognizing the importance of maintaining a respectful and professional attitude towards customers.
Had the bacon cheese burger with fries. Everything was awesome. Burger was delicious!! Service was good too. Highly recommended.

Originally, I loved this place, but I had problems with my food three Sundays in a row. On one occasion, I had to go back three times before they got it right. On two occasions, I did speak with two different helpful, friendly ladies who supervised the kitchen, and one even told me she would replace my meal the next time I was in. I skipped a couple of Sundays, and when we went back, I was told that it gets thrown away if I don't return in three days. That would have been nice to know. We stayed, and I purchased three cheeseburger meals (again), and we sat down and ate, BUT my food still wasn't correct. While standing at the counter with my burger in my hand a lady came up behind me and asked what was wrong and took my burger out of my hand while I was still talking (as though she was irritated) and took it to the back.I never cared about the very long wait when the food was hot, but three Sundays in a row, my replacement meal expired, and an irritated employee or maybe owners daughter (she was sitting with them)taking my food out of my hand was it for me. I used to talk about how good those burgers are, but it doesn't matter if I have to return multiple times to get it right. In addition to all of this, the owners don't appreciate all of their customers. Pay attention to how they are with some customers the next time you go.
