Delicious food, reasonable prices, but took off 2 stars for service. They wanted to book a table to celebrate a birthday, they came to the restaurant, chose a menu and asked to prepare it in advance. The first thing I would like to draw the attention of the administration to is the impolite communication of the waitress. The girl answered unpleasantly and impudently, rolling her eyes. Perhaps she was in a bad mood, as she served normally in the evening, but this shows her unprofessionalism and inability to communicate with visitors. We asked to add 1 chair to our table for 4 people, as there will be five of us. To which we were told that they could not do this, because everything was under the calculation , in the evening it was sold out and they could not give us an extra chair. This situation still remains incomprehensible to me, we book a table in advance so that we have enough chairs. If a company comes and they do not have enough space, it is either the problem of the restaurant that they do not have a table, or the company that did not make a reservation in advance. And if people of 6+ people come, do you simply refuse them, because the tables are not designed for such a number, but the chairs are calculated? It was not possible to agree with the waitress, and they asked to call the administrator to discuss with him why we couldn’t book a place for five in advance. Then after 5 minutes the waitress came back and said that they would give us a chair. Secondly, as I wrote above, we ordered the menu in advance, but upon arrival we still waited another 20 minutes for the meat set to be brought to us. Separately, I would also like to note that the online menu lacks photos of ready-made dishes to make it more convenient and easier to choose. P.S. the promised full house on Saturday evening was never there, a maximum of 4 tables were occupied along with ours.
