Pizza Hut - Yuma

We waited an hour for our food and it was cold. Edwin the manager was rude when we said that it was cold at the pizza we got was wrong. Our waiter was the only one that was good to us and helped us.

This location does not offer delivery so be ready to pick up or dine it. The parking lot was empty so don’t let this confuse you. Customer service was kind and prompt upon picking up my order.

Went there at 7 didn't get out order till 830. we sat there staring at our pizza on the counter for an hour. had to get up and get it ourselves. talked to manager (edwin) he was rude when we talked about it. and asked him to make it right and got visably annoyed. this experience was not good. not going again.

Stopped in for what we hoped would be a quick lunch. Not the case. Waited almost 10 minutes to be seated and witnessed others leaving due to the wait. Buffet was lacking considerably. We overheard multiple tables waiting for their food. They only had one waitress working the floor and she couldn't remember where half the items went. She literally went around the room asking what they ordered. Place seemed very disorganized. Big dissapointment. We won't spend our time and money here again.

Buffet was good. Pasta was good. They definitely need more people to work.
