I believe it all comes down to personal preference when it comes to what someone enjoys in a hamburger. The burgers at JiB weren't to my liking, but their tacos...

The restaurant was very understaffed, likely due to generous unemployment benefits. The staff was hustling to keep up with demand. A big shoutout to the workers...
