Ah-so - Yuma

I do not recommend this restaurant. even if they are the fact that there is nowhere near authentic japanese, eating itself is not tasty and the texture and the aromas are off ( rice is dry/flavorless, meat is dry and one-dimensional, sushi is not very fresh.) the drinks are decent and the portions are large, but the prices are steep and the service lacks more often than not. Waiting times are also quite long. my local friends looove come here so I have often been here and have given it many chances, hoping each time for a kind of improvement. I was disappointed by everyone visiting, but they know what, I will probably come further here because everyone seems to love this place, and it ends up being a meeting point again and again. to be fair, I would consider myself as a foodie and spent the last 30 years of my life in asia, literally flew into various Asian countries specifically for food tours. if they are like me and have high standards for her, this place is not for her. Otherwise it seems a lot of people who enjoy this place so they enjoy the drinks and lively atmosphere!

The 5 stars are for our chef alberto he was super friendly and did a good work to make our meal super tasty and kept us entertained throughout the process. the hostess and the blessings were super rude and need to learn how to provide better service, it was our first time here and they did not have a good work to make us welcome. when I return, it would be just because eating was good and alberto made an extraordinary job these 5 stars for him, he went beyond and beyond to make our meal perfect.

The big portion! the appetizers are really good I recommend the garnelentempura with sweet, and the Katsu chicken with juicy and roasted rice! Super good! our waitress was super attentive and a great job!

The Hibachi cook was amazing? friendly and fast as ninja moved?. our server was buzy, but keep our drinks full. I ordered the steak and garnel, and nabeby ordered? large portion but very tasty?.

Favorite restaurant that I love to visit way often? however this new employees are getting ruder and ruder.. some of them. When I have ordered take out am always charged a different total even when ordering the same thing every time. I have been told that for take out you guys can?t sell ginger sauce when other times it has never been a problem? Weird. Love ah-so but customer service is going down the drain ??????????
