This is the best smoothie place hands down. The food is pretty good too. I stop here as often as I can. I'm addicted.

I have visited this location multiple times before choosing to write this review. I'm a firm believer that friendliness within customer service has not gone by the wayside in society but to visit this particular tropical smoothie Cafe, it clearly has. I often stop at various tropical smoothie cafes throughout my week because I'm obsessed with the detox green island smoothie, however the only location that seems to be venominantly against friendliness, eye contact or anything that might make up a positive customer and employee interaction is this location. It's also the only location where I order an egg wrap where the eggs are mushy and grainy in texture and anytime I order extra of anything on the wrap, they take it to mean more of a silly request than something that a paying customer is requesting And I am left without. I think I'm just finally over this location in general. It's never a pleasant experience and they seem to have a different business model than other locations.
