Sonic Drive-in - Yukon

Saturday morning fund header. Eating was great, much better than expected. great that they also make young people earn their money for a sport trip.

I needed an iced tea like nobody's business. It was 97° and I don't have AC in the vehicle I was driving. I ordered an unsweet iced tea. He brought it to me.WHERE IS THE ICE? Either they didn't bother with ice or the tiny amount they added melted while walking to my car...regardless, I would have been embarrassed to hand that to a customer...Do better, Sonic.

Unable to order. Stalls are all broken and can’t use the app either to see the stall number because they’re all broken. Not sure how this place is functioning without them.

This sonic is the worst sonic in Yukon. Food is half cooked. Drinks/slushes are made wrong. Everything’s cold. Customer service is horrible. If you’re reading the reviews before ordering from this place, BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. This place needs some real new management or needs to be shut down.

I ordered a cake batter shake tonight and was given a strawberry shake (I understand accidents happen) but once we came back to have it replaced they were very rude when we stated that there was a mix up. They corrected it by barely mixing the shake so it was half way full of shake with gritty powder inside it and the other half of the cup was pure whipped cream. And on top of that when they were handing it back the guy practically threw it at us while giving us a dirty look. We will not be coming back to your location again. We will drive the extra minutes it takes to get to the mustang road location. They weren't even that busy, there were 2 or 3 other cars besides us there. Terrible service.
