Subway - Yucca Valley

My husband and I ordered two sandwiches, and the gentleman behind the counter was incredibly friendly, providing us with excellent customer service. Both sandwiches were delicious! We will definitely be back!

Jacob is an absolute legend! He stacked my order and flattened it perfectly in just two minutes. He made sure to include every single piece of avocado. He really nailed it! He deserves a raise and a promotion!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. My husband is often hard to please when it comes to sandwiches, but Grace's customer service skills were exceptional. She made him a sandwich that reminded him of home, which made him very happy. I wish all Subway employees were as polite and professional as she is. Thank you very much, Grace! We will definitely be back. We visited on Friday night at 7:30 p.m., and the timing was perfect. I do have a suggestion: it might be beneficial to have two staff members on Friday nights. Although Grace was excellent and managed the orders efficiently, it felt like she was juggling a lot of tasks. It's a shame we live in LA, or we would be regulars! She definitely deserves a thumbs up from us!
