I don't really like leaving negative reviews, but I hope that they can use this one as a learning experience: The staff is very friendly and nice so I have no issue with that, HOWEVER I do need to mention that they have to pay attention to what customers ask for in terms of modifications. I usually order the sausage and cheddar sandwich food item however I ask for no egg because I am allergic and can't eat it (although cross contamination isn't a big deal). However I've given this location 3 times ordering that item and each time they left the egg on it (and one time they took the sausage patty out but left the egg in). I don't have anything against Starbucks or the people who work there but as someone with allergies I felt I need to ask that the employees please listen better to requests.

So I didn 't get the young girls name in drive thru but she was a little rude and gave me the wrong food order. I asked for Carmel on the cup she tried to hand it to me and I didn 't see any so I was like oh hey can I please have Carmel on the cup? And she stared at me then the cup and goes there is Carmel.... You mean extra? I was like ummm... yea more than that please I don 't see any. So she turns the cup around and shows me two little spots on the top lol I 'm like... ok yes I would like more than that please. ‍ She takes it and just pours Carmel on the top of the drink then gives it back. Whatever I 'll let it go. Maybe she 's having a bad day. I drive off then realize she gave me the wrong food tooso I 'm like ugh. I just want my back for the food. So my 9month pregnant self goes inside and tells the girl at the counter about My encounter and she was so unbelievably kind and helpful! Literally every single worker there other than that girl in drive thru was amazing! They asked me repeatedly if I wanted anything else apologized profusely gave me back on my whole order AND 4 off next order seriously went above and beyond. They saved this rating Fursure. There was a girl in the back that heard me say something about the girl being kind of rude and she kept smiling so I thought oh maybe she thinks I 'm being a B but nope. She made me my feta even though I said not to worry about it and the manager proceeded to tell me this is not the first complaint they had on that girl. So I realized the other workers were smiling because they already knew lol I worked in food for years so I know how it can be I usually don 't complain but you can 't treat customers like that. Hopefully that girl grows up a little ‍ To the rest of staff you guys kick a thank you so much for going over and beyond

One of the best Starbucks I go to! Everyone there is so nice and have the best recommendations. They have quick service too. I've never had a bad experience there!

Although the line can be a bit Ling. Service is never disappointing. Order has been correct every time. I've never felt rushed to order employees are very polite respectful.
