Chick-fil-a - Yucaipa

I recently went to this location for a dine in order. We waited for our food. There are several things missing. I proceeded to go to the counter and spoke with one of the supervisors politely requesting the items to be made. I waited an additional 15 minutes and got nothing. At this point I did not want to wait any longer where the food I should have received. I went to the counter a second time and ask for a refund. After a conversation with the supervisor oh, I allegedly got a refund I did not receive on my record. I would not recommend this location to anyone and hope that some point this location thinks about customers over the conversation of what they did the night before... Without rolling their eyes and sighing about a guest coming up to remainder of their meal.
