Chick-fil-a - Yucaipa

I love this restaurant.! It is always clean, the service is good, the employees are kind and happy to help. If there is any problem they solve it fast and nicely.

First time at the Yucaipa location and while I appreciate the two drive thru lanes getting stuck in the slower moving of the two was unfortunate, as the people in the other lane seemed to know what they wanted to order so the other lane moved tremendously quicker (by at least five cars). My suggestion would be to have the menu posted sooner in the drive thru so customers can look decide their order before they reach the staff standing outside. Otherwise the drive thru (once merged into one lane) moved fairly quickly, service was good, and always enjoy their food.

Chicken strips for extremely burnt we only could eat one and a half of them didn't feel like complaining because we were with family and Didn't want to ruin the vibe with it I mean it was obvious that chicken strips were dark dark dark dark dark dark dark dark dark dark black almost Come on guys don't serve them if you know they're over fried I was going to ask for a different order I was at the group of teenagers how embarrassing mom we just won't eat them LOL

The food was delicious ?And fresh I enjoyed it with a very hot coffee

Worst Chik Fil A ever. Bad staff and food was cold.
