Ruby's Takeaway - Ystrad

Was awesome, great selection of food really good for fussy eaters. Really hard to find another place like it locally that have such good customer service since it shut. Will miss it :

Just had a delivery! All I wanted was 1 chips and spare ribs with plenty of sauce simple right ? Wrong I had to wait an hr to have it ? Then when it came the chips was terrible re cooked chips ? Not only that but given totally different spare ribs with no sauce? Phoned them up and said to the boy who took my order all he said was O sorry I gave you the wrong ribs and I will send sauce up to you now ? 30 minutes later a little carton of sauce arrived but my food was cold and had to be reheated? What a shambles iv had food from them in past and was ok but this ? Well put it this way I will not be ordering anything again!

The food i have from here is always beautiful and the staff are very nice and help full
