Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Ypsilanti

I visited this restaurant for the first time tonight and ordered online for pickup. When I arrived, my food wasn't ready due to computer problems, but it wasn't their fault. The host kept me informed and my order was remade to ensure it was fresh. I even received gift cards for the inconvenience. Overall, the customer service was excellent despite the technological hiccups. The food was delicious; the salad had crispy lettuce and well-seasoned chicken - the best salad I've had in a while. My husband enjoyed his burger as well. We will definitely be returning soon, as the hardworking team here makes great food. Thanks for a wonderful dinner!

I had never been to this restaurant before, but I must say, the food was delicious! We tried the Burning Love Burger and the Ensenada Chicken. Red Robin is definitely a must-try!

What a wonderful experience tonight! You don't always get great service in these times but we just did! We had a Fantastic waiter Hussien! Never missed a beat! Best Ever! We'll be back and request him!

We really enjoy Red Robin for their delicious fries and family-friendly atmosphere. However, for some reason, we always have to ask multiple times for the kids' chocolate milk or regular milk. It has become a running joke in our family. Despite this minor inconvenience, we still visit Red Robin 5-6 times a year. We have probably had to request the milk we ordered about 15 times. Just bring us the milk we asked for, please! LOL.
