If I could give zero stars I would, I order from here quite regularly but on this occasion I ordered for collection. When I arrived home and the pizza was very dry and was burnt not just on top but on the bottom . And the topped chips I ordered were not cooked the chips were par cooked. I rang the shop to ask them for my money back as the food was not up to standard. The manager said yes come down and I will give you a refund as apparently they used different cheese hence why my pizza was burnt. My partner went to the shop to return the food but when he arrived the manager said there was nothing wrong with the pizza that it was just well done . He then proceeds to tell him him or myself are not welcome in apache youghal anymore because we made a complaint once 3 years ago . To be honest I 've never experienced anything like this before but generally if my food is not cooked correctly I will return it . I just did not expect to be told I am no longer welcome there because we complained about burnt pizza and undercooked chips. I am disgusted with apache youghal . This is not how you treat loyal customers.. And I really feel some customer service training would be greatly beneficial for the management in apache youghal. I do not find it appropriate for a manager to call me love in any instance .

Ordered 7 pizzas and chips for party. Got extra chips and he delivered outside of business hours on a bank holiday Monday. Great service and pizzas were delicious. Would defo recommend. Thanks
