Panera Bread - Yorkville

Good coffee and food. Friendly staff. Also, understaffed. Restroom is not the best.

I ate at this location and the food was relatively good but, the dining room was absolutely filthy. I had to wipe down my own booth since there was not clean table to eat at. It was slow with just one other couple dining in, the floor needed vacuumed, all the tables and booths needed to be wiped down, the lamps had caked on dust and a couple of them had dead flies stuck to the dust. The drink station was dirty and sticky, all the windows were so dirty you could barely look out the window. Overall the dining area was disgusting and will never be eating here again.

Was at this location today where the manager, Andy told someone to “**** off”. This happened on 5/30 at 3:20pm. My son who is eleven was shocked and made comments in regards to how disrespectful she was. Won’t be returning.

I usually use the self-serve kiosk here just to order drinks so I can't say much about the staff. I can say, however that the place is nice and clean and from that 8 can tell by other patrons interactions the staff seems to be friendly.

The caffeine lemonade is interesting. Not bad, but interesting. I kind of wish they had straight lemonade, not only strange mixed flavors.
