Bidra med feedbackPlatz was very busy at once and her calibre system went down! then the service was super fast, courtesy, open with communication as well as professional. it was like nothing went wrong at all. I felt that eating and drinking all came out in time, and eating was very fresh and well done at the point! I'm going back! thanks for a nice date night, my wife and I don't get to do it very often.

We came in from out of town and stopped in and ordered some food to go. I had the Smokehouse burger which tasted okay, and my wife had the dry ribs. It was nothing over the top, and your typical chain restaurant grub, and it was over priced for the portion size.
Our first and last time visiting browns social house. Several items were out of stock on the menu including chicken fingers, pasta, soup. How does a restaurant “forget to order” pasta? And if soup has not been available for 2 months then why is it on the menu still?? Chicken fingers were unavailable but you can still order a breaded chicken sandwich. The nachos came out completely burnt to the paper and were not edible as we could not remove them from the paper. The manager did make an attempt smooth things over by covering a round of drinks. The server cleared our plates from the table then we waited 20 mins with no food or drinks before we saw her again to ask for a bill. This place needs serious improvement. The one positive is the food that did come out at least tasted good. But I do not recommend until management has made serious improvement to service and kitchen.
1 star for the scenery and cleanliness of the restaurant and another star for the great Customer Service received from our waiter and the manager. My family and I went there on a weekend and the food was actually really bad. The blackened chicken was actually burnt, and salty, pasta was oily and salty, burger was really salty and the salad was missing some pizzazz. We had to drink tea to offset the upset stomach feeling after. I 'm not sure if the chef had a bad day or he/she needs some more training but the taste of the food was definitely not it. As a first time customer, I would not return for the food at all. The wait time was a bit too long as well, might be an indicator of the kitchen being understaffed..maybe. If the restaurant could improve on the above mentioned issues, I believe they 'll do better for future customers.
