Crab Harbour - York

This place is dirty and not well lighted. The service is so bad these servers insulted customer for giving them trouble like ( they serve the wrong request on the choices of the dinner combo ). They are so rude and they rather fall asleep standing than serving us !!!! We order Alaska King Crab with the combo and the crab meat was not fresh at all. They brought the live crab out but when serve the crab on the table is not even the same !!!! We request the steam hot pot with the fresh cut crab and when it was serve , it was freezing cold in the middle of the meat !!! So is frozen !!! Of course we can taste the different between freshly cut live crab and frozen ones !!!!!The chairs are dirty with hair , food life over and food sauce mark !!!! The server was not happy when we request to change a cleaner chair and they show their unhappy faces. I will not recommend and ever come again to this restaurant. The ventilation is bad as I can smell bad odor .... after the dinner , my hair , shirt and jacket smell bad ....... the restaurant was not well lighted and I see no ventilation on the ceiling above the hot pot cooking at all. I hope the management will take hygienic , ventilation and better train their staffs on customer services. The washroom stink so much that I cannot use it at all. This is the Worst Services and not fresh seafood place at all.

午市蟹脚套餐非常划算，也很美味。牡丹虾个大鲜美。釜山饭就so so了，服务员热情又贴心。中午人不多，不用等位，停车位很多，非常方便

We went there for lunch on a busy Saturday shopping trip to Richmond Hill. The Chinese restaurants in the Plaza all had very long line ups. So we dropped in to eat Japanese style crabs (Crab Douraku) and we were not disappointed. The featured set lunch included beside crabs (fresh crab claws, crabs tempura and crab appetizer) also sashimi, sushi, miso soup, Japanese custard, rice and ice cream. A true treat for $22 per person The tempura dip-sauce was too bland, and the metal chopsticks did not make the Japanese food taste "right", but the perfect miso soup made up for it. Clean, pleasant and inviting restaurant. Recommended.

We come to this place once a while and we always order the set menu. They have different set menus to choose from and all give good value. It is a good place to catch up with friends as it is not rushing as most Asian eateries. The crabs are always fresh. The only complaint is that perhaps they should use better chinaware for presentation, at least no broken ones should be at the table. Yes, this place is about good food, but at this price level, It is not all about food.

Service is excellent since the restaurant was not very busy. I've tried crab but never in so many ways and all dishes were excellent.
