Terrace Fruit Veg And Cafe - York

I frequent this café often as I live in York. The cakes and slices are absolutely delicious! The female owner and the young woman working there are both delightful. You can choose to dine in comfortably inside, outside on Avon Terrace, or opt for takeaway. All the meals, including the salads, are fresh and made to order.

Staying in York overnight we needed somewhere to have breakfast and this was recommended. What a find, the staff were friendly and the food fantastic.My wife had the big breakfast and it certainly lived up to it's name. She likes her eggs cooked hard and they were perfect. Personally I opted for the Eggs Benedict and they were absolutely beautiful.We know where we will be eating when we next visit York.

Only Had coffee here other morning I was the only person in there when I ordered, sat out front in the cool morning air and watched the constant flow of custom through this little cafe...Oh yeah... the staff/owner was very nice and the coffee greatThanks

Decided to shout myself breakfast this morning and so glad i did. Lovely bacon eggs and hash brown. Off which i coldn't finish. Even better was my very hot, hot chocolate.

I absolutely love this cafe! The staff is incredibly friendly, which is especially impressive at 6:30 am. The coffee, bacon, and eggs were delicious, and I wish I could have them every day.
