Lyndon Diner - York

I went here for the first time on a Thursday for an early lunch. It was busy but we were seated right away. Service was quick and good. The fried chicken sandwich was great! Their selection of cakes and cookies was very tempting... I will be back :

Great service! Thank you. I must say it was quite refreshing for once. My waiter even came back to check on me before I was finished eating. The food was plentiful and satisfying. I will return.

We were able to come right in and sit down at 10:30am on a Saturday morning. Our server was very friendly and professional and service was pretty quick. I had the egg casserole which had hashbrowns, chipped beef gravy, eggs and cheese. I really enjoyed this dish and would definitely get it again. My husband had the eggs Benedict and said it was very good also exec though his eggs were a little over cooked for being poached. If visiting York, PA I would disintegrate recommend this place.

Wonderful. Great food and you get a lot of it (we couldn't eat it all and had to take it home). I had the triple-decker roast beef and bacon sandwich with onion rings and the wife had the eggs benedict platter.

I really enjoyed the charming, nostalgic exterior of the restaurant — it has a lovely shine to it. The menu offers a nice variety to please everyone. Since I love having breakfast at any time, I opted for the meat lovers omelet. The food was delicious and met my expectations perfectly. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. The prices are quite reasonable, with nothing too expensive.
