Terrific experience! Stopped in for the first time for takeout lunch, appreciate the super friendly service provided by the 2 staff members. Ordered a Turkey Sandwich and Italian Sandwich, both on their fresh baked Soft Pretzel Buns, and a grilled smoked sausage also on a soft pretzel bun. My daughter remarked it was the best sandwich she’s every had! Definitely recommend this excellent small business!

Staff are very nice and pleasant, a lot of smiles. Glad I stopped in to check it out , not only do they have the best pretzels but they make an awesome bacon egg and cheese on a pretzel roll

I have a difficult time choosing between Epex and Smitty's pretzels. However, when I want a pretzel sandwich, obviously Epex wins out. On the other hand, that's what I want is a warm salty dipped and cheese soft pretzel, Smitty's wins every time! I would not recommend buying them from the counter of a convenience store wrapped in plastic stuffed in a jar! LOL you will not enjoy them. On Carlisle Road in Dover, if you're heading north, on the right hand side there is a white Shack. It sells fresh baked Smitty soft pretzels! They are to die for. Go get one! LOL

Great sandwiches and soft pretzels. Prices have gone up in the past year the same as everywhere else, but the food quality has remained.

Stopped here because I really like soft pretzels and I have heard of the name but never knew that there was an actual shop. But this is a sandwich and soft pretzel shop. The sandwich I ordered as was actually very good. Packed with meats and the pretzel roll was delicious. Would stop here again.
