Tried to cancel an APP order after I realized they charge $0.50 convenience fee for placing a drive thru order. CRAZY. Lost me as a customer. That's robbery IMHO.

Drive through was wrapped around the building. We still got through in a reasonable amount of time. Could have been quicker but still wasn't bad. A lot of police in the area since this is right by the county jail. Not sure how I feel about that.

Went here for the first time and fell in love with their chicken. I order chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy and when I opened their mashed potato container I was shocked to see white gravy and it tasted absolutely perfect.

Went by bojangles this morning wait was bad food not made properly and if I would have know who your manager was I would have never gone there. I knew him from a previous job across the street and he is rude and disrespectful. He obviously remembered mebecause he handed me my change and shut the drive through window hard. But now I know he works there I wish all the employeesgood luck because when he wants you gone he will do anything to get rid of you. I'll never go there again.
