Clean with a nice atmosphere. Pleasant ladies who serve and nice food.Great for a morning coffee,lunch or afternoon tea and cake.

After looking round at some flooring we found this coffee shop was here We just had a quick drink nice surroundings nice coffee and good service

My wife and I were visiting the Rogers of York furniture store and decided to try their Tea Room. This was honestly the best Tea Room we have ever been to. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient and it was a joy to be there. I had a coronation chicken sandwich, which was superb, on fresh white bread( my choice) and was pleased to see that small portions of apple were included in the filling. Table service was provided, and it was refeshing to see free glasses of prosecco or fruit juice were being offered at the time of our visit. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we will return, even if we don't buy any furniture!

I visit this restaurant for lunch once a month. They always have a great special, but this time I decided to go with one of my favorites - scrambled eggs with cream on thick granary toast. It was absolutely delicious! The prices are a bit high, but that seems to be the case everywhere these days.

Highly recommended! The restaurant recently underwent a classy refurbishment and everything looks fantastic. The food is delicious, the staff are lovely, and it has now become one of my favorite spots.
