Bidra med feedbackThe service at this restaurant was extremely slow. We waited a long time to place our order, and then had to wait even longer to receive our dishes. The staff on duty seemed to be overwhelmed and the restaurant was understaffed for the weekend rush. While the starters were decent, the main meals took too long to arrive, testing our patience. One of the main dishes was overcooked and the other was lacking in ingredients. When we raised our concerns, the chef did come to our table to listen to our feedback. However, with only 2 chefs in the kitchen, it was understandable why there were delays and mistakes. Despite the potential of this restaurant, I would suggest looking for other dining options until they address their staffing issues.
The restaurant and bar underwent renovations with workers working above customers until midnight on June 28th. We complained to management and were told they were trying to finish the work on time. There was no respect for guests and no concern for health and safety. Customers should have been given hard hats. The Novotel management only seems to care about making money and forgets that customers pay their wages. Overall, a rating of 1 out of 10.
The restaurant and bar were staffed by workers who interact directly with customers. However, on the night of June 28th, we had to complain to the management because the staff seemed more concerned about finishing their work quickly than showing respect towards guests or ensuring their health and safety. It appeared that the management at Novotel was only focused on making money and had forgotten that customers are the ones who pay their salaries.
The service was not slow. After waiting too long to place an order, the waiting times for the reception of the dips were sharpening. the personal was the main reason, as the restaurant seemed strongly underoccupied in the face of the washing. even though the appetizers were good, not great, wait again for meals lost the patient. from the main dishes one was overcooked and the other was extremely valued with ingredients. the cook came to our table and took criticism, but since they were only 2 cooks in the kitchen, I can understand why these delays and errors can occur. In view of the environment, this restaurant has potential, but by now I would recommend to others to try out and find alternatives until the personal is addressed.
