Chocolat Cocoa Cafe York

I regularly visit this shop, always very clean and well maintained,it has a small corner to sit and have coffee and cake etc.. great coffee and the best Ice cream I have ever tasted... really lovely staff, always friendly and helpful...and of course a great selection of Hotel Chocolat goodies... would highly recommend

I would recommend this place as the staff couldn’t do anymore for me. The cafe was clean and the hot chocolate was amazing! make sure you get the whipped cream

Highly recommended to visit, I was not disappointed. I indulged in the decadent hot chocolate and splurged on calories for a week, but it was worth every bite. Treat yourself occasionally, it's a must-do experience.

We attended the bean to bar experience on a Saturday afternoon. It was absolutely amazing. Really interesting, engaging and great fun. You get to try different types of chocolate, make your own chocolate bar and be involved in chocolate tempering. Amy was great and really informative. Would definitely recommend!

Being loyal customers of all things Hotel Chocolat, delighted to discover Hotel Chocolat restaurant in John Lewis store at Vangarde. Pleasant staff but based on satisfying experiences at Cambridge and latterly at Leeds, first thoughts were that staff required more training in producing beverages. Hot Chilli Chocolat rather lukewarm, no offer of added cream. Also, Hotel Chocolat please provide Hot drinks in Mugs with Handles....making for Happy customers!
