Elevation Burger - Yonkers

This place is terrible! Customer service is absolutely disgusting! This place should be in the restaurant Impossible. 1 cash register and 1 bar. You are trying to watch the go / eat orders was ridiculous! This place needs serious management! This place must be cleaned and employees need a food treatment class. This restaurant should be closed and overhauled. It's pretty bad! You should go the top management/company there undercover and place an order! This place needs help.

We had lunch here and it wasn't good. the food was not good, the service was also not good. it was very expensive for what it was and honest the whole experience was not good. given the chance to do about I would like to wait the 30 minute cheesecake factory. updated: I think I made it clear that out of the customer gave several problems with my visit, so I asked myself to fill out feedback so that they can determine whether there was a problem with my visit was pointless, but thank you for the answer. my eating and service was not good (for the case that my feedback was not already clear.)

You can almost guarantee if a company changes the world? through the production of expensive food you? I won't have a good time. What kind of weak/thin bacon is that? No effort to spread the condiments, a lousy floppy piece of salad and a tiny patty. Fortunately, the beef patty tasted good. The frits were good, but not worthy of the $4

Food was very small for the price and charged my friend $13 for three greasy pieces of chicken and didnt give him the fries. They even told him they had no fries but still charged him full price. I got the bbq chicken burger and the chicken was undercooked. Another one of my friends had to wait an extra ten minutes for a burger that was burnt not only on the burger but also the bun was as well. I will not be coming back.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My $12 burger was the size of a slider. I feel like i was robbed on the scene. The fries were dripping with grease. It only made the meal taste worse. This is overpriced prison food.
