Bidra med feedbackOMG, pork plate for lunch. Pulled just right, tender and with plenty of brown bits. Hardly any fat served and that is just what I like. Order a rack of ribs, cut and brought home to Arkansas. Heated at 220 degrees with provided sauce for about an hour. Without a doubt, the best ribs I have ever had in my LIFE. Tender, plenty of meat, and smoked just right.
Our family stopped in for lunch at this locally owned restaurant as we were passing through town and are so very pleased that we did! The Catfish and Pulled Pork are simply amazing, and plentiful for the cost. The PP is so tasty that you may choose to skip the sauce. The staff was very welcoming and grateful for our choice to experience their menu. It's just off the main road and worthy of your time.
Delicious meat loaf with mashed potatoes and gravy. The purple hull peas was delicious as well. The meat loaf was seasoned very well, the portions size was enormous which is a good thing. The peas where seasoned and cooked perfectly. I wish the cornbread was a slightly larger portion. The waitress was very attentive and polite. I really enjoyed my meal there. I highly recommend that you give them a try.
Friends own the place and I feel like family. Love Kristi and Tra.
We ended up in Yazoo due to the hurricane. We were suppose to go to New Orleans. Well I googled bar and grills in Yazoo and this little hidden gem popped up. The staff are amazing and the atmosphere is real chill, it’s like “cheers” everybody knew everybody. I would totally recommend! Food was good too!
