Woodhull Public House - Yarmouth

Woodhull is my favorite new spot right now! Went in last night with my bestie for the first time since they expanded, and we had a great experience. Woodhull feels very familiar, but also very special. It has this kinda sophistocated surfer vibe. Menu rules, EVERYTHING on the menu being GF (with the exception of one dish that had a GF option) was top notch for me. Drink list was great. I had pad thai, chips n salsa, and played mancala while live music played for hrs. The crew is killer. The owners are sweethearts. Can't say enough good things about the place. 15 minute drive outside of Portland, a 15 minute drive you'd usually spend trying to find parking. Do it.. Unless Brian Duff is there, he's a real rock in the shoe.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to check this place out for the friends and family soft opening... what a cool funky place! Warm, welcoming vibe, the food was not your typical bar food... flavorful and fresh tacos on homemade corn tortillas, jicama salad, jalapeno corn fritters... and the cocktails were delicious! Cherry bomb is my new jam. We will definitely make this a regular stop!

I had the chicken and hangar steak skewers followed by a chicken taco all were off the hook good. Great beer selection great atmosphere. Fun spot.

Woodhull Public House is great! The food is delicious, including really tasty chicken and beef satays that are cooked perfectly. They also have a variety of tacos and interesting sauces to go with 'em. Everything is reasonably priced. On top of that, they have a good selection of local craft brews on tap plus a deep list of other beers and some cool handmade drinks. The service was quick and the staff really seem to enjoy working there. Seth and Katie have created a place with a cool fun vibe. We 're putting Woodhull on our regular go-to places to hang with friends and eat. Check it out!
